Privacy Policy

Nemo Explorers processes only the minimum information necessary so that children and their guardians can use our apps with confidence. Core progress data is stored only on the user's device.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Nemo Explorers series of Android apps.

2. Information stored on the device

The apps store the following information in app-specific local storage:

• The profile name entered and icon selected by the user
• Learning and play progress, rewards and collectibles earned, and achievement data
• App settings such as sound effects, vibration, language, difficulty, and whether guidance has been completed

This information is not transmitted to a Nemo Explorers account or proprietary server. It can be removed using the reset feature in each app or by uninstalling the app, and it cannot be recovered after deletion.

3. Information processed by advertising services

Apps in the Nemo Explorers series may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). For ad delivery, analytics, service reliability, and fraud prevention, Google may automatically collect or share the following information:

• IP address and approximate location inferred from it
• App and advertising interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views
• Performance and diagnostic information for the app and advertising SDK
• Device- or account-related identifiers, such as the App Set ID

Advertising-related information is encrypted in transit. Each app configures ad requests according to its intended age group and applicable policies, including safeguards and ad content rating restrictions required for child- and family-directed apps.

4. Ad placement and frequency

• At the bottom of certain app screens: banner ads
• At natural breaks after an activity or game: limited interstitial ads
• Ad placement, format, and frequency may vary by app and version.

Each app will indicate whether it uses rewarded ads. Core content remains available if an ad cannot be loaded.

5. External services and international processing

During an ad request, the information described above may be processed over a network on systems outside the user's country that are operated by Google LLC and Google's service providers. Specific processing locations and retention periods are governed by Google's service operations and policies.

6. Retention and deletion

Progress information stored on the device is retained until the user uses the reset feature provided in the app or uninstalls the app. Information processed by Google through its advertising services is retained and deleted in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

The Nemo Explorers series does not provide proprietary account registration, email login, chat, precise location features, or external leaderboards. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and users below the age of consent, and the apps do not request personalized ads. Guardians can delete locally stored progress information using the reset feature provided in each app.

8. User rights

Users or their legal guardians can directly delete information stored on the device using the reset feature provided in each app. Questions or requests regarding the processing of personal information may be sent to the contact below.

9. Security measures

The Nemo Explorers series minimizes external data transmission by not using proprietary accounts or remote game servers. Advertising SDK communications use encrypted connections, and each app uses advertising-related settings and permissions only to the extent necessary.
